Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience as a QC Instrumentation Inspector.
• Minimum 6+ years Gulf experience.
• Valid CBT certification, where applicable.
• Valid Saudi Aramco approval or proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation inspection, installation, testing, calibration and QA/QC documentation.
• Familiar with IEC, ISA, API standards and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Saudi-based candidates preferred; open to India, Pakistan, Philippines under local transfer rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect instrumentation installation activities per drawings, specs, ITPs and standards.
• Inspect instruments, control panels, panels, cable trays, tubing, and related equipment.
• Verify installation orientation, tagging, accessibility and identification of instruments.
• Inspect cable laying, glanding, termination, dressing and routing.
• Monitor tubing installation, supports and pneumatic connections.
• Witness calibration, loop checks, testing and pressure tests as applicable.
• Review calibration certificates, material certificates, test reports and QA/QC records.
• Ensure compliance with ITPs, procedures and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, client reps and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists and turnover documentation.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC Instrumentation Inspector to oversee and verify the quality of instrumentation installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities at project sites across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong knowledge of instrumentation inspection procedures, ITPs, QA/QC documentation, project specifications, applicable standards, and Saudi Aramco requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect instrumentation installation activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and project standards.

• Conduct inspections of instruments, control panels, junction boxes, cable trays, instrument tubing, impulse lines, fittings, and related equipment.

• Verify installation, mounting, orientation, tagging, accessibility, and identification of instruments and equipment.

• Inspect instrument cable laying, glanding, termination, dressing, routing, earthing, and continuity.

• Monitor instrument tubing installation, supports, fittings, impulse lines, and pneumatic connections.

• Witness and verify calibration, loop checking, continuity, insulation resistance, functional testing, and pressure testing, as applicable.

• Review and verify calibration certificates, material certificates, test reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.

• Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, inspection procedures, drawings, specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards.

• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs/observations, and follow up on corrective actions and closure.

• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, client representatives, and third-party inspectors.

• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, calibration records, test packages, punch lists, and turnover documentation.

• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, mechanical completion, and project handover activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a QC Instrumentation Inspector.

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant Gulf experience.

• Valid CBT certification, where applicable.

• Valid Saudi Aramco approval or proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.

• Strong knowledge of instrumentation inspection, installation, testing, calibration, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation.

• Good understanding of applicable IEC, ISA, API, project specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards.

• Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be given priority.

• Open to candidates from India, Pakistan, Philippines, and eligible local-transfer candidates; Saudi Nationals are not eligible.
