Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on insulation and cladding installation works
• Verify insulation material, thickness, and installation method against approved specifications
• Witness moisture barrier, banding, and cladding installation checks per the ITP
• Verify materials and batch certificates against approved specifications
• Record inspection results and raise Non-Conformance Reports as required
• Coordinate hold points and inspections with client/third-party inspectors
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and daily QC reports
• Verify calibration status of measuring and test equipment used on site
• Support punch-list generation and verification of closure for insulation works
• Ensure work fronts comply with approved method statements and insulation standards
• Support preparation of quality documentation for insulation handover dossiers
