Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a QC HVAC / Plumbing Inspector to ensure HVAC and plumbing systems meet approved standards, specifications, and project requirements. The role emphasizes rigorous inspection, documentation, and compliance across installation, testing and handover stages.

Responsibilities include implementing ITPs, verifying drawings and materials, and coordinating with contractors and teams to drive quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a QC HVAC / Plumbing Inspector.
• Saudi Aramco approval with or without CBT.
• Valid international inspection certification with minimum 1 year validity remaining.
• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining.
• Valid driving license or ability to drive (mandatory).

• Conduct inspection and QC activities for HVAC and plumbing in line with codes, standards, and project specs.
• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for HVAC and plumbing works.
• Inspect installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Verify material approvals, drawings, method statements, and compliance with specs.
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain inspection reports, records, and documentation.
• Support QA/QC audits and site quality activities.
