Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Khafji, KSA, is seeking an experienced QC Document Controller to manage and control QA/QC documentation for a major Oil & Gas EPC project. The role requires meticulous document handling and adherence to client specifications and ISO quality standards.

You will coordinate with QA/QC teams, engineers, and construction personnel to ensure timely submissions, proper filing, and release of finalized dossiers and turnover packages.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects.
• At least 3 years of experience handling QA/QC documentation on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC document control processes and quality documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, KJO, or major oil & gas client documentation requirements is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• QA/QC Documentation Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain, control, and manage all QA/QC project documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
• Ensure proper registration, filing, tracking, and retrieval of quality records and engineering documents.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams regarding document submissions and approvals.
• Manage inspection reports, test packages, material certificates, NCRs, punch lists, and turnover dossiers.
• Monitor document revision status and ensure only current approved documents are in circulation.
• Prepare and maintain document control logs, transmittals, and status reports.
• Support compilation of final quality dossiers and project handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and ISO quality standards.
