Job summary

SADAFCO is seeking a Production Leader to drive end-to-end manufacturing, from mixing to palletizing, ensuring efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness. You will plan, monitor, and continuously improve production processes, leveraging Six Sigma/Lean methods and ERP systems across a multinational team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational discipline, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives in a large-scale dairy and food production facility in Saudi

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge & understanding of six sigma / lean methodology.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge / Advanced ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all aspects of production from mixing, processing, filling and palletizing to meet SADAFCO standards and cost targets.
• Plan production activities to deliver the factory production plan within time and budget.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them using problem solving with the team.
• Regularly analyze Production Performance Data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
