Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC function in an industrial manufacturing environment focused on plastic piping systems and related products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on and leadership experience in QA/QC, with strong knowledge of production processes, testing, inspection, audits, NCR/CAPA, and continuous improvement. A senior leadership role requires guiding a multidisciplinary team and delivering measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in QA/QC in industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years in managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Experience in plastic pipe manufacturing or plastic products.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, audits, NCR, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO/ASTM/DIN EN SASO standards preferred.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC across manufacturing operations, production lines, inspection areas, and laboratory testing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, product specifications, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
• Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, testing, calibration, NCR, CAPA, and quality reporting.
• Monitor quality performance for plastic piping products such as HDPE, PVC, PPR, CPVC, DWC pipes, fittings, or similar products.
• Lead root cause analysis for product defects, customer complaints, internal rejections, non-conforming products, and repeated quality issues.
• Support and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, internal audits, external audits, and certification activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Technical, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to resolve quality-related matters.
• Manage, guide, and develop the QA/QC team to ensure strong technical performance, discipline, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, scrap, customer complaints, and cost of poor quality.
