Job summary

Client of Visuna is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer Lead to support a major project in the oil and gas sector. The role requires a minimum of 7 years in QA/QC, with preference for large-scale EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects, and the ability to drive quality activities through the project lifecycle.

You will develop PQP/ITP, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, perform RCA/CAPA, and report quality metrics to stakeholders while liaising with construction, HSE and project teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/QC experience, preferably on large EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of PQP, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs and quality docs.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA and NCR close-out; audits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PQP, ITPs and Method Statements for projects.
• Coordinate inspections across civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.
• Lead QA/QC documentation, testing, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Prepare quality dashboards and liaise with client QA/QC reps.
• Raise, manage and close NCRs; conduct internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and project specs.
