Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to oversee quality assurance and control across all phases of a high-rise project within a PMC environment in Saudi Arabia. You will review contractor quality plans, inspection test plans, and material submittals; perform regular site inspections; and issue NCRs with timely corrective actions to maintain compliance with international standards.

The role requires 10–12 years of high-rise experience, Saudi Arabia exposure, and strong coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional membership or certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in high-rise tower projects.
• KSA experience is mandatory.
• PMC environment experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures in alignment with project requirements and international standards.
• Review contractor quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
• Support audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to KSA regulations, project guidelines, and client expectations.

This role ensures that construction activities, materials, and deliverables meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory guidelines. The coordinator will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support the successful delivery of a high‑rise development within a PMC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify contractor quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals


• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks


• Identify non‑conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality‑related issues promptly
