Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to oversee quality assurance and quality control across all project phases for a high rise development in a PMC environment. You will ensure materials, activities and deliverables meet applicable standards and regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 10–12 years of experience, with mandatory KSA experience. Strong communication, documentation and coordination skills are essential to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in high rise tower projects.
• KSA experience is mandatory.
• PMC environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QA QC procedures in alignment with project requirements and international standards.
• Review and verify contractor quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records and quality reports.
• Support audits, quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to KSA regulations, project guidelines and client expectations.
