Job summary

Alfanar Precast is seeking a QA/QC Architect Engineer to oversee the quality of architectural works in line with approved drawings and specifications. You will review submittals, monitor finishes, and coordinate with site and technical teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

The role involves preparing inspection records, ITPs, and quality documentation, and handling non-conformities through NCR/SOR processes and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architectural Engineering or relevant field is required.
• Experience in QA/QC for architectural works and materials.
• Ability to prepare inspection records and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specs, submittals, ITPs and samples.
• Inspect works for compliance with drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Monitor blockwork, plastering, finishes and related works for quality.
• Prepare and review quality documents and checklists.
• Identify and manage NCRs/SORs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site, construction, technical office, procurement, and consultant teams.
• Participate in mockups, inspections, snagging, de-snagging and handover.
