Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care Australasia is seeking a Purchasing and Warehouse Officer to support procurement, warehousing and dispatch activities across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure materials are available for Rx Lab operations, manage stock levels, and coordinate freight and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations, WMS usage, strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Proficiency with WMS and remote support tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials to support Rx Lab operations and ensure MSDS availability.
• Maintain inventory records and perform periodic audits.
• Receive, inspect and verify deliveries; manage freight and dispatches.
• Process customer orders including picking, packing and labeling.
