Job summary

Confidential Medical Practice in Saudi Arabia seeks a Purchasing & Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination, ensuring timely, cost-effective availability of medical and non-medical supplies.

You will manage daily purchasing operations, align with hospital procurement policies, collaborate with Pharmacy, Nursing, Finance, and other departments, and drive cost reductions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Healthcare or hospital purchasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, and PO management.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily purchasing and supply chain activities, including procurement, purchase orders, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
• Review purchase requests, obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption trends, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements to prevent shortages and operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Pharmacy, Nursing, Finance, and other hospital departments to ensure efficient supply planning and distribution.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, contract compliance, and procurement costs to identify opportunities for savings and operational improvement.
