Job summary

Al Qadsiah is establishing a fully operational multisport academy at Saudi Aramco facilities. The Project Specialist will drive planning, setup and launch on time and within budget, coordinating with technical teams and Saudi Aramco representatives to ensure access, staffing, systems, health and safety, and community engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Project Specialist or similar role.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, in English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support the delivery of complex, multi-phase projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning execution and monitoring of Al Qadsiah multisport projects in collaboration with Saudi Aramco.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco representatives to confirm facility access scheduling and compliance requirements.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables (staffing, curricula, systems implementation, marketing activation) are achieved as planned.
• Track budgets, financial performance and operational KPIs in line with the academy's business plan.
• Document all phases of the project including scope, budgets, risks and justifications.
• Provide operational support for recruitment, onboarding and program rollout across multiple sports.
• Collaborate with staff, coaches and key stakeholders to ensure programs align with organizational objectives and community needs.
• Provide clear reporting, manage risks and engage stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
