As a Project Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving sales initiatives and managing client projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and production staff to ensure that all projects meet the customer's needs and are delivered on time and within budget. This position is perfect for a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and project management within the mattress or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development:
    • Identify potential clients and develop a pipeline of opportunities within the mattress industry.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
    • Develop and present compelling sales proposals that highlight the benefits of our products.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the entire sales project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-sale follow-up.
    • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing, production, customer service) to ensure successful project execution.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Provide ongoing support and product knowledge to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and report on sales metrics, project milestones, and overall project performance.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Market Networking:
    • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote our products and gather market intelligence.
    • Represent the company positively in all interactions, showcasing our commitment to quality and customer service.
