A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves leading and coaching a team to execute project and order management activities, ensuring the successful assembly, packaging, and testing of gas turbines and compressors while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet key KPIs. You focus on driving project success by managing risks, optimizing revenue, fostering a culture of safety and inclusiveness, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including budget control, policy compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.


How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Manage and coach employees to execute Project and Order Management activities for Gas Turbine and Compressor Assembly, Packaging, and Testing in industries like Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals, while ensuring training, development, and succession planning.

  • Collaborate within a cross-border and cross-functional matrix organization to align and execute project objectives, achieving key KPIs.

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing success strategies, mitigating risks, and meeting stakeholder and customer requirements, while maximizing revenue and margins.

  • Oversee project budgets, delivery timelines, and compliance with company policies, and provide regular project status updates to senior management.

  • Focus on key performance indicators, including safety, delivery time, budget (revenue, cost, margin), and adherence to company policies.

  • Ensure full compliance with company HR, EHS, and QMS policies, while fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, inclusiveness, and excellence.


What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Project Management, with expertise in technical, commercial, and team management aspects.

  • Strong knowledge of international standards, industry norms, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Primavera, ERP, and CAD systems is preferred.

  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, collaborate, and solve problems independently while maintaining a customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and influence decisions across diverse cultures and stakeholders.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
