Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of temporary power and cooling projects in the Middle East. You will develop plans, manage budgets, coordinate engineering reviews, and ensure site readiness while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Regular travel and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering education with project management delivery experience.
• PM qualification such as PMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of temporary power and cooling projects across sectors.
• Develop and manage project plans: scope, schedule, budget, risks.
• Oversee design reviews, equipment selection, logistics, site readiness.
• Coordinate mobilisation, installation, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Aggreko procedures, local rules.
• Control costs and forecast revenue; manage P&L targets.
• Review contracts and variations to protect commercial interests.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors within budget.
• Lead project teams of engineers and technicians.
• Primary customer contact; ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Interface across Sales, Engineering, Operations, QHSE.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure RAMS/docs quality.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.
