Job summary

A leading project management company in Riyadh is searching for a Project Manager with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of project management experience and excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities include project governance, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Project Governance & Planning: Help Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for approval by the Client.
• Contractual Compliance: Help Ensure all project activities comply with various technicaldeliverables and scope of work.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison with the Client, company Headoffice, facilitating regular progress updates, clarifications, and issue resolution.
• Resource Coordination: Oversee the solar, wind, and data analyst teams, ensuring alignment and integration of their outputs.
• Knowledge Transfer Leadership: Manage delivery of workshops, manuals, and trainingprograms in Arabic and English.
• Quality Assurance: Review and validate deliverables (reports, datasets, dashboards) prior to Client submission.
• Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate challenges (technical, operational) and implementmitigation measures in coordination with Client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: B.E./B Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
