Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and own Scrum events for participating squads.
• Lead the efforts of developing Scaled Agile management best practices.
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies.
• Plan upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team reach a consensus on what can be achieved during the sprint.
• Monitor and report on sprints in progress.
• Communicate closely with Delivery Managers for alignment and planning updates.
• Collect and analyze metrics for trends, facilitate iteration and increment planning, and mentor at all levels.
• Work with leadership to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes.
• Establish SAFe Agile principles and interface with other departments for clear communication.

The role focuses on sprint planning, performance monitoring, Agile coaching, and implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to enhance team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
