Job summary

Master Works is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive Agile delivery and SAFe practices across development squads in Riyadh. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, oversee sprint planning, monitor progress, and coach teams to continuously improve performance while partnering with Delivery Managers and leadership to align on strategy and delivery goals.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record of scaling Agile in a fast-paced technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Knowledge of SAFe principles and practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate team collaboration, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and own Scrum events for participating squads.
• Lead the efforts of developing Scaled Agile management best practices.
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies.
• Plan upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team reach a consensus on what can be achieved during the sprint.
• Monitor and report on sprints in progress.
• Communicate closely with Delivery Managers for alignment and planning updates.
• Collect and analyze related metrics for trends and indicators, facilitate iteration and increment planning, and provide Agile coaching and mentoring at all levels within the organization.
• Work with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes.
• Establish SAFe Agile principles and interface with other departments to ensure clear communication regarding ongoing and upcoming development activities.
