Job description
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly competent and motivated Project Manager specializing in Civil Infrastructure, Public Realm, or Stadium projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil infrastructure, public realm, stadium projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report on project progress, proactively managing issues and risks to minimize impact.
Foster strong client relationships, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Implement best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement across projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure, public realm, or stadium projects.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully.
Interface experience is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
