Job summary

Jeraisy computers and communications services is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead complex software initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will develop plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires solid SDLC knowledge, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and familiarity with agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies. PMP certification is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party providers within software projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders (client, vendors, internal teams).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• 2–5 years’ experience in software project management.
• PMP certification.
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives within defined constraints.
• Manage project scope, identify changes, and communicate their impact on project plans and resources.
• Develop and manage project budget, track expenses, and ensure financial viability.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely project reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
