Responsibilities

• Supervising project and program management activities, including developing implementation plans, monitoring workflow, determining budgets and contractual procedures, and calculating costs and funding sources.
• Follow up on implementation to ensure completion according to the specified schedule and budget.
• Supervising the development and implementation of projects: directing budget estimation processes, identifying human and technical requirements, and ensuring their availability within the specified cost and time.
• Managing assumptions and risks: Monitoring all interactions with other projects to ensure optimal utilization of resources and identifying risks and their solutions.
• Coordination with the project team: Reviewing work progress, ensuring adherence to project scope and quality standards, and managing change processes.
• Project completion and closure: Monitoring the completion stages, evaluating the achievement of goals, and documenting knowledge and experiences.
• Report Preparation: Preparing progress, risk, and performance reports, and submitting them to senior management.
