Job summary

Paramount Assure seeks a Project Manager – Enterprise GRC Solution Implementation to lead complex GRC projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage requirements, translate them into platform workflows, and oversee UAT and sign-off, connecting risk, BCM, cyber, and compliance teams.

Applicants should have 8+ years in GRC, 3–4 years on enterprise platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC or MetricStream, and strong senior-management reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GRC/enterprise risk projects.
• 3–4 years of hands-on work with enterprise GRC platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into platform workflows and managing UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting to senior management.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise GRC implementation projects and coordinate across risk, BCM, cyber, and compliance teams.
• Gather requirements, translate them into platform workflows, and oversee UAT and sign-off.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure successful delivery.

Job description

Project Manager – Enterprise GRC Solution Implementation

• 8+ years overall experience, with at least 3–4 years working GRC automation platforms
• Hands-on experience delivering projects on enterprise GRC platforms: RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, MetricStream (also acceptable: IBM OpenPages, SAP GRC, LogicGate)
• Solid understanding of ERM, BCM, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance processes
• Experience acting as the link between business teams (risk, BCM, cyber, compliance) and the technical implementation team: gathering requirements, translating them into platform workflows, and managing UAT and sign-off
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting to senior management
• Certifications preferred: PMP or PRINCE2; CRISC, CISA, CISM or ISO 22301/27001 a plus
• Banking or financial services experience preferred; Gulf/KSA regulatory exposure (SAMA, NCA, CBB) is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
