Paramount Computer System is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Enterprise GRC Solution implementation. You will coordinate between risk, BCM, cyber, and compliance teams and the technical side to translate requirements into actionable workflows and manage UAT and sign-off.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with 3-4 years in GRC automation, solid knowledge of major GRC platforms, and strong English communication. Onsite in Riyadh with Saudi-based eligibility is expected.

Formación

• 8+ years of total experience with 3-4 years on GRC automation platforms.
• Hands-on project delivery on enterprise GRC platforms including RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, MetricStream.
• Experience linking business risk/compliance teams with technical teams and managing requirements.
• Banking or financial services exposure with regulatory familiarity is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the bridge between business risk, BCM, cyber, and compliance teams and the implementation team.
• Gather requirements, translate into platform workflows, and manage UAT and sign-off.
• Provide strong reporting to senior management and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Role: Project Manager - Enterprise GRC Solution Implementation

• 8+ years overall experience, with at least 3-4 years working GRC automation platforms
• Hands-on experience delivering projects on enterprise GRC platforms: RSA Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, MetricStream (also acceptable: IBM OpenPages, SAP GRC, LogicGate)
• Solid understanding of ERM, BCM, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance processes
• Experience acting as the link between business teams (risk, BCM, cyber, compliance) and the technical implementation team: gathering requirements, translating them into platform workflows, and managing UAT and sign-off
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting to senior management
• Certifications preferred: PMP or PRINCE2; CRISC, CISA, CISM or ISO 22301/27001 a plus
• Banking or financial services experience preferred; Gulf/KSA regulatory exposure (SAMA, NCA, CBB) is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
