Job summary

Scarab Dev in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced senior program manager to oversee multiple project streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and governance standards.

You will manage program-level planning, track risks and dependencies, coordinate delivery teams and vendors, and ensure governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication to drive prioritization and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing large enterprise or government projects is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Exposure to energy, utilities, or infrastructure domains is an advantage.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
