Confidentiel is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to oversee real estate ventures from planning to handover in Riyadh. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and business objectives.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder leadership, with proficiency in project management tools and a PMP preferred. You will coordinate across consultants, contractors, and regulators to drive successful

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, property development, or construction projects.
• Proven experience managing real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and compliance with approved plans and regulations.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contracts, variations, and project documentation.
• Ensure successful project delivery in line with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
