Job summary

Durucooperation, based in Riyadh, is in search of an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects in the Inspection/TIC sector. The candidate should excel in leadership, stakeholder management, and budgeting, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals. Successful candidates will manage and resolve conflicts, adapting project priorities to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Prior experience in Inspection, Testing & Certification (TIC) or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and crisis management capabilities to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and management teams.
• Resolve conflicts and manage challenges in high-pressure environments.
• Adapt project priorities based on operational and business requirements.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance reviews.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi National preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Prior experience in Inspection, Testing & Certification (TIC) or related industries is mandatory.
