Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) seeks a seasoned Projects Manager for construction projects in Al Khobar, KSA, on a major Aramco site. You will lead multiple projects, direct PMs, CM’s and engineers, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to HSE standards.

You will report to the COO, manage client and subcontractor relationships, and own cost control, risk mitigation and QA/QC across civil, architectural and MEP scopes.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in construction, including 7-10 years in senior project leadership.
• Approval by Aramco as Project Manager.
• Contractor-side experience running several projects at once.
• Civil Engineering degree. PMP highly preferred

Our client is a well-established construction contractor delivering on an Aramco project in the Eastern Province.

The role

You’ll lead several construction projects at once, across civil, architectural and MEP scopes. You’ll report to the COO and lead a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers and engineers. You’ll own delivery on time, on budget, and to quality and HSE standards.
