Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of transportation coordination, inventory control, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and in compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, site teams, suppliers, and transport providers to optimize logistics operations.
• Manage warehouse and storage activities, including material receipt, issuance, and inventory control.
• Track shipments, prepare delivery schedules, and resolve logistics-related delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including delivery notes, gate passes, waybills, and inventory records.
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment across project sites.
• Support audits and inspections related to logistics and material management.
