Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our International team. You will be part of the Middle East operations, coordinating with management, clients and partners to deliver projects in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource assignment, and leading a team to achieve objectives. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or control engineering.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Identify resources and assign tasks to the project team.
• Lead and motivate the project team to meet objectives.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage risks and issues with contingency plans.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and clients; prepare status reports.
