Job description

We are supporting the appointment of a Senior Project/Development Director for a major landmark development currently under construction in Jeddah.

Working on behalf of the client, the successful candidate will provide senior leadership across the development and construction delivery process, ensuring the project is delivered safely, commercially and to the required standards of quality.

The role will involve leading the wider project team, managing consultants and contractors, overseeing programme and commercial performance, and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders and relevant authorities.

We are looking for candidates who offer:

• A strong background in both project delivery and development management
• Previous experience representing a developer or client-side organisation
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary consultants and contractors
• Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Experience delivering projects through the construction phase to completion
• Previous Saudi Arabian or wider GCC experience is highly desirable
