Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to assist project teams with scheduling, meeting minutes, and reporting.

You will manage project files and reports, and support multiple small projects while aligning with SEL values and World Class Manufacturing principles. Qualifications

• Proven Expertise in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical information.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test results.
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile project management and project management terminology is preferred.
