Job summary

Linnk Group seeks a Project Coordinator with banking/financial services experience to support IT project execution. You will coordinate activities, stakeholders, vendors, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/PM and 5+ years in project coordination (3+ in banking). PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2/Agile credentials are a plus; strong MS Office and project-tracking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project coordination or project support, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services.
• Experience with banking IT, digital banking, payments, ATM, or fintech projects is preferred.
• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, task tracking, and milestone monitoring.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, payment processors, and financial institutions.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation including status reports, risk/issue logs, change requests, and trackers.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for stakeholders and management.
• Support budget, resource, access, and vendor coordination activities.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, defect tracking, and deployment activities.
• Support compliance and audit documentation related to PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and banking standards.
