Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in project controls, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong cost control & scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and detail orientation.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Assist client to analyze and track variations/claims approval process.
• Monitor project performance; report findings to stakeholders.
• Develop project control systems, workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status, cost and schedule.
• Participate in risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
• Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process
• Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders
• Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule
• Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated
• Foster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, ideally within the construction industry
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
