Job summary

Smiths Group in Riyadh is seeking a Project Controls professional to support programme managers and engineers across initiating, planning, monitoring, and closing phases. You will prepare schedules, reports, and cashflow analyses, coordinating progress and manpower data with accuracy.

The role requires 4+ years in project controls, strong document management skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent; BS Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of project experience in a service organisation.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and SAP is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist programme managers and project engineers in project controls across initiating, planning, monitoring, and controlling phases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and update schedules; coordinate progress and manpower histograms.
• Support financial forecasting and cashflow analysis; ensure accurate revenue recognition reporting.
• Maintain documentation and version control; organize project documentation for archiving and SharePoint upload.
• Coordinate internal programme audits and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to PMO governance and ensure timely, standardised project reporting.
