Job summary

The Launch Partnership is seeking an Analyst in Saudi Arabia to join our on-the-ground team in Riyadh, helping run our Founder University program.

You will organize in-person events, take exceptional notes on founder interactions, and keep our databases impeccably organized.

If you are insanely organized, people-focused, and relentlessly curious about startups, markets, and AI-enabled tools, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Must be insanely organized and love building systems.
• Enjoy talking to people and engaging with founders.
• 2–5 years in startups, business, or education/community building.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be on the ground in Riyadh, running and executing our Founder University program.
• Run in-person events at max potential.
• Take notes on founder interactions and keep databases organized.
• Find exceptional founders and mentors for our programs.

What You’ll Do

• Be on the ground in Riyadh, running and executing our Founder University program
• Run in-person events at max potential
• Take exceptional notes on founder interactions and keep our databases perfectly organized
• Find exceptional founders first
• Find exceptional mentors to speak at our programs
• Evaluate startups for our programs
• Build systems to continuously improve our efforts in the region
