Job summary

BrightConnect in Medina is seeking a reliable Courier to join our team on a contract basis. You will deliver packages and documents across Medina, plan efficient routes, and maintain high customer service while adhering to local traffic rules.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, map and GPS literacy, strong time management, and good English/Arabic communication. Visa-sponsorship is available, and previous courier experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to read maps
• Familiarity with Medina traffic regulations preferred
• Fluent in English and Arabic preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages and documents to designated locations within Medina
• Plan the most efficient delivery route based on package size, weight, and delivery deadlines
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays
• Ensure all packages are properly labeled and secured for transportation
• Collect payments from customers when necessary
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license and be familiar with the city's roads and traffic regulations. This is a contract position open to all professionals with their own visa. Previous experience in the courier industry is preferred but not required.
