Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in manufacturing (bedding/mattress/textile preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Odoo ERP, for manufacturing and inventory processes.
• Fluent English required; Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage for floor communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production floor operations and coordinate shifts to meet quotas.
• Optimize workflows and equipment output across sewing, pocket spring, and tape-edge lines.
• Use Odoo ERP to trace materials, logs, and shift performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance, procurement and logistics to mitigate shortages and downtime.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently applied.

Middle East Mattress Factory Co licensee of Sealy Inc USA is seeking a results-driven Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing workflows at our plant in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This role is vital for maintaining high quality safety standards and peak manufacturing efficiency across our premium bedding lines

Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day manufacturing floor operations coordinate multi-cultural production crews and leverage ERP infrastructure to hit daily targets The ideal candidate brings an engineering mindset strong leadership capabilities and specialized experience in manufacturing systems

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Supervision Coordinate assign daily shifts and monitor technicians and line operators to safely achieve production quotas
• Workflow Optimization Manage operational directives on the floor to maximize machinery output e g automated sewing pocket spring lines tape-edge machines
• System Tracking Utilize Odoo ERP Manufacturing and Inventory modules to trace materials process logs and track shift performance metrics
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with maintenance procurement and logistics teams to mitigate raw material shortages and plan scheduled downtime
• Quality amp Safety Assurance Uphold stringent safety protocols and corporate quality benchmarks across all production lines

Education: Minimum Bachelor s Degree (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant environment (bedding, mattress, or specialized high-volume textile production preferred).

ERP & Technical Skills: Operational proficiency using Odoo ERP software modules along with strong mechanical/industrial problem-solving capabilities.

Language Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is strictly required to lead a diverse workforce. Conversational command of Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage for floor communication.
