Job summary

Napco National is seeking an on-site technician to support production start-ups and machine operations in the Eastern Province. The role requires validating documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) before starting a job to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.

You will operate machines according to Work Instructions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the production head and QC to ensure startup quality while maintaining 5S at the workstation.

Qualifications

• Industrial Diploma preferred with 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Operate the machine per the Work Instruction to ensure a safe and sound run.
• Troubleshoot problems and request support as needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Check and relay startup samples to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head to take necessary action.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run and sustain 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.
