Job summary

Match | ماتش, based in Jeddah, is seeking a seasoned production leader to manage perfume manufacturing lines, drive targets, ensure quality, safety and efficiency across daily operations, and coordinate with quality, maintenance, warehouse and planning teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, 5+ years of production experience, and perfume/cosmetics manufacturing expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of production experience.
• Perfume/cosmetics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily perfume production and ensure targets are met.
• Supervise production staff and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor line efficiency, downtime, waste, and production output.
• Oversee mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
• Train and develop production team members.
