Job summary

Napco National Company in Saudi Arabia's Makkah region is seeking a manufacturing operations professional to oversee compliance with health and safety standards, enhance processes and training, and monitor the entire production cycle to ensure quality and efficiency. You will inspect materials and products, address deviations, and operate production machines per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
• Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost.
• Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
• Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.

Job description
