Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with BU, the broader organization, and customers to capture input for requirements.
• Assist Product Owner with User Stories and prepare mockups/wireframes.
• Map existing business processes and design new processes.
• Define metrics and performance goals for the product.
• Ensure BRDs are delivered from initiation to approval.
• Ensure communication with SAs to ensure proper BRD delivery.
• Support UAT and resolve bottlenecks with solution analysts, BU leads, or champions.
• Prepare timely reports of Riyad Bank to meet requirements.
