Job summary

Almosafer seeks a Product Manager to lead A/B testing and analytical prioritization across web, mobile and native apps, translating customer and business goals into measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with UX, Product, Tech to create new features, communicate findings as user stories for development and QA, and work with Marketing, Data, Finance, and Ops to maximize product value in the GCC travel market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager in travel or similar industry with a track record of launches.
• Knowledge of GCC loyalty programs and fintech/payments in travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead A/B testing and optimization to maximize product value and user experience.
• Prioritize issues analytically to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Translate experiment results into user stories for dev and QA teams.
• Collaborate in an integrated UX/Product/Tech team for cross-platform features.
• Translate customer and business goals into measurable outcomes across the product life cycle.
• Work with other product teams to expand into new verticals and leverage synergies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Finance, Data, and Ops to implement enhancements.
• Participate in ongoing qualitative and quantitative research to identify customer problems.
• Drive team performance using Scrum practices for quality and timely delivery.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
