Job summary

Almosafer is seeking a Product Designer to shape the Digital Consumer Travel experience across web and mobile platforms. You will work in a cross-functional team with engineers and product managers to transform customer insights into impactful travel products, including flights, stays, activities, and more.

You will lead discovery activities, translate opportunities into elegant experiences, and contribute to a design system while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product design experience in a consumer-focused organization.
• Proven ability to ship mobile and web experiences.
• Strong understanding of product strategy and business requirements.
• Excellent visual design skills and proficiency with design/prototyping tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to define opportunities.
• Lead discovery activities: interviews, surveys, usability tests.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other designers to deliver solutions.
• Consider business goals, technical constraints, and data in design decisions.
• Translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences delivering customer and business value.
• Create concepts and prototypes; iterate based on testing and feedback.
