Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Manager of Procurement Performance Management to drive performance measurement, analytics, and continuous improvement across procurement activities. You will develop metrics, analyze data, and create dashboards to monitor supplier and category performance against targets.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement performance management, strong data visualization skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 8+ years in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs).
• Analyze procurement data and produce dashboards to track performance against targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Support BU procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans.
• Monitor contract adherence and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
