Job summary

Aviagen seeks a Procurement Manager to lead procurement across construction and ongoing operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods, materials, equipment and services.

You will drive supplier relationships, negotiations, and ERP-enabled governance while aligning with project teams and quality standards. The role requires 7–10 years in procurement and CIPS or equivalent qualifications; poultry industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline; 7–10 years of procurement leadership experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and strong command of MS Office; PowerBI advantageous.
• Experience with quantity take-off tools (Arquímedes, Presto) and procurement process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations across construction and operations.
• Coordinate procurement lifecycle end-to-end: requisitions, PO issuance, delivery, invoicing, and supplier performance.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, cost forecasting, and value optimization.
