Job summary

The Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND) is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Riyadh to manage procurement activities, sourcing, and supplier relations. You will ensure compliance with policies, coordinate requirements, and drive cost-effective supplier contracts.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in procurement, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, or related field, plus relevant certifications.
2–6 years in procurement, sourcing, or contract administration.
Experience with supplier management, governance, and procurement reporting.

Responsibilities

Follow AGFUND policies and SOPs to maintain controlled, consistent work processes.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and share expertise with colleagues.
Execute procurement activities: sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, and PO administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and timely procurement.
Support supplier selection, bid evaluations, and cost optimization.
Maintain records and documentation per governance requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.
Contribute to supplier relationship management and performance improvement.
