Job summary

You will coordinate policy implementation, compliance audits, and training across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in policy governance, process management, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.).
• Preferred certifications: CIPS, CPSM, CSCP.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
• Experience in cross-collaborative environments aligning goals with strategy.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Process Development: create, review, and standardize procurement policies and processes; establish governance for policy updates.
• Compliance & Governance: support audits; drive policy implementation through training and communications; ensure adherence to objectives.
• Team Management & Development: collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver training on standardized policies and processes; foster a high-performance culture.
