Job summary

Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Procurement & Inventory Officer to manage purchasing, stock control and kitchen administration across satellite kitchens in Jeddah. You will own end-to-end procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory accuracy to support daily production and minimize waste.

You will track spend, manage par levels, and apply FIFO to perishable and dry stock, while coordinating with Kitchen Managers and Packing & Dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or related roles.
• Experience in food production, hospitality, or fast-paced operations preferred.
• Hands-on supplier management and purchase order processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and cost awareness.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficient with inventory systems and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to monitor budgets and identify variances.
• Capacity to anticipate stock needs and manage replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and place POs for ingredients, packaging, and consumables.
• Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships and address issues.
• Track procurement spend against budget and flag variances.
• Own stock accuracy with regular counts and system reconciliations.
• Set and monitor par levels based on production needs.
• Apply FIFO to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Oversee daily order intake, production flow, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain records including goods received notes and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with Packing & Dispatch to align supply with orders.
• Keep a clean, organized stock and admin environment.
