Job summary

Decima International, a professional services company, seeks a Procurement Engineer to support the development and execution of project procurement strategies in the Saudi market. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or management discipline.
• 3–5 years procurement experience on construction, infrastructure, or major engineering projects.
• Experience preparing and reviewing RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, and procurement packages.
• Strong understanding of technical procurement and tendering processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project procurement strategy and plan.
• Coordinate procurement of major equipment, materials, systems, and subcontracted packages.
• Distinguish and track OFCI and CFCI scope.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, and procurement packages.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with specs and requirements.
• Support bid evaluations and prepare comparison reports.
• Review vendor and contractor proposals and support prequalification.
